Richard Butcher | Managing Partner
Richard Butcher is a professional with a combination of private equity, credit and mergers
and acquisitions experience. Over the course of his career, Richard has worked with
several well-known brands such as Domino’s and Tropical Smoothie Café. Serving in key
roles in finance, corporate strategy and franchise development, Richard has completed
transactions totaling over $200 million in equity and over $1 billion in corporate finance.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from
Stetson University and a Master of Finance from the University of Florida.
Jennifer Butcher | Senior Associate
Jennifer Butcher is an accomplished professional with a combination of Venture, Workplace Design and Project Management Experience. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has worked with several well-known brands such as Industrious, Google, Georgia Pacific, Anthropologie and Comcast. Serving in key roles in Construction and Design, Jennifer has been key to expansion strategies spanning major metropolitan areas from San Francisco, New York, Atlanta and Miami. Jennifer brings her Project Management experience to lead Business Operations for our Investment Portfolio. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida and the NCIDQ Certification.
Amy (Sarunporn) Kupgan | Senior Associate
Amy Kupgan is an accomplished professional with a combination of REIT, Workplace Design and Construction Project Management Experience. Over the course of her career, Amy has worked with several well-known brands such as Amazon, Georgia Pacific, Comcast, CBRE, and Georgia Southern. Serving in key roles in Construction and Design, Amy has been key to multi-site expansion strategies spanning business models. Amy brings her Construction and Design experience to ensure the quality and expeditious pace of growth for all our portfolio companies.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida and a Master of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Arts and Design. Amy also holds OSHA and LEED Certifications
